Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, granted and the following question certified: "Were the orders of the Supreme Court, as affirmed by this Court, properly made?" Motion, insofar as it seeks a stay, denied without prejudice to making such application to the Court of Appeals. The stay, dated November 12, 1976, affixed to the notice of motion is vacated.
