ORDER

This 22d day of October 2003, it appears to the Court that the appellee filed a motion to dismiss this appeal on the ground that the appeal was taken from an unappealable interlocutory order. The appellant has not filed a response to the motion as required by Supreme Court Rule 30(b). The motion, therefore, is deemed to be unopposed. See Supr. Ct. R. 30(c).

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the within appeal hereby is DISMISSED.
