DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered February 10, 2014, to direct the release on funds on deposit.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Clerk of the City Court of White Plains is directed to release the funds on deposit in this matter to appellant Keiko New York, Inc., less any lawful fees.
