ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to commence on April 2, 2024.

On March 5, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The Commissioner states that petitioner has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion.
