On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2011, in the above-entitled action, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the words "and shall serve and file a brief" and substituting therefor the words "and the third-party defendants-respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs."
