Workmen's compensation — Appeal — Privileged communication to physician inadmissible — Testimony of employee's attending physician, as to exhibition of body and condition.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Cuyahoga county.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on authority of Ausdenmoore et al., Exrs., v. Holzback, 89 Ohio St. 381.

Judgment affirmed.
