MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants have filed in this court an unopposed motion to dismiss this interlocutory appeal. In the motion, Appellants indicate that the trial court has vacated and set aside the order from which Appellants filed this interlocutory appeal and that this appeal is now moot. Accordingly, Appellants request that this court dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
