Present — Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.

In an action to enjoin defendants from using a certain parcel of unimproved land in the village of Great Neck for storage, display, or sale of new and used automobiles and trucks, judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint, after trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
