CONSIDERATION, by the Court of Appeals, on its own motion pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44 (8) of whether Honorable Michael J. Garson should be suspended from his office of Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Judicial District.

OPINION OF THE COURT

On the Court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Michael J. Garson is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Judicial District, pursuant to New York State Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44 (8).
