MEMORANDUM OPINION

John Robert Rogers has filed a pro se appeal from the refusal of a district court to grant his divorce. In the document provided, he asks this Court to grant his divorce, and has provided his proposed divorce decree for our use. He complains, not of an order or judgment of the trial court, but rather that the court has not granted him judgment. Our jurisdiction is limited to a review of final decisions of trial courts. Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001).

Although certain categories of interlocutory orders are also appealable, Rogers makes no suggestion that any such order exists in this case. See Tex. Civ. Prac. Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014 (Vernon Supp. 2004).

We have no jurisdiction to independently act as a trial court, thus we cannot grant him a divorce. Rogers has not sought extraordinary relief. He has in no fashion asked this Court to order the trial court to act on the divorce proceeding, and we cannot imply such a request in its total absence.

There is no final decision for this Court to review. Accordingly, we have no jurisdiction over this attempted appeal.

We dismiss for want of jurisdiction.
