MEMORANDUM OPINION


The parties have filed a joint motion, requesting that we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand this cause for entry of judgment in conformity with the parties' "Compromise and Settlement Agreement." They also request that costs of appeal be taxed against Appellant Andrea R. Ramirez. We grant the parties' motion, reverse the trial court's judgment, and remand the cause to the trial court for entry of judgment in conformity with the parties' "Compromise and Settlement Agreement." Costs of appeal are taxed against Appellant Andrea R. Ramirez.
