Pursuant to this Court's May 22, 2023 order, the reporter's record is currently due June 21, 2023. Before the Court is appellant's June 8, 2023 motion for an extension of time to pay for the reporter's record and have it filed. We GRANT the motion to the extent that the reporter's record shall be filed on or before July 21, 2023. We caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Court Reporter LaToya Young and all parties.
