On May 24, 2023, appellant filed a motion to extend time to file notice of appeal. Pursuant to this court's May 10, 2023 order in In the Interest of Z.M.W., No. 04-23-00102-CV, the notice of appeal in this cause is deemed timely filed. Because the relief requested in the motion has been granted, the motion is DENIED AS MOOT.
