ORDER

DENISE COTE, District Judge

Cynthia R. Levin Moulton ("Moulton") having served a document request on Lead Counsel to obtain records concerning the representation of the class in the Securities Litigation, it is hereby

ORDERED that Lead Counsel need not prepare a written response to that document request.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Moulton's request to receive or inspect such documents will be discussed at the September 9, 2005 Fairness Hearing in the Securities Litigation.
