STIPULATION AND ORDER


WHEREAS, an expert discovery schedule and summary judgment briefing schedule were set by this Court pursuant to that certain April 19, 2004 Scheduling Order;

WHEREAS, a revised expert discovery schedule was approved by this Court pursuant to that certain March 4, 2005 Stipulation and Order;

WHEREAS, the existing expert discovery schedule conflicts with certain identified experts' duties relative to the currently ongoing class action trial;

WHEREAS, the parties agree that, as much as possible, such conflicts should be avoided thus minor modifications to the expert discovery schedule should be made.

Based on the foregoing, it is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the Plaintiffs, Arthur Andersen, the Underwriter-Related Defendants, the Citigroup Defendants, and the Director Defendants that the expert discovery schedule will be modified as follows:

Parties with the burden of proof on a particular issue must submit expert reports no later than May 13, 2005;
Rebuttal expert reports shall be submitted no later than June 10, 2005;
Revised expert reports shall be submitted no later than June 24, 2005;
The close of expert discovery shall be August 5, 2005.

Further, the parties STIPULATE AND AGREE that the schedule for the briefing of summary judgment motions will remain as follows:

Opening briefs in support of summary judgment shall be filed no later than July 11, 2005;
Opposition briefs shall be filed no later than August 8, 2005;
Reply briefs shall be filed no later than August 15, 2005.
