Brown, Inc. (n/k/a Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc.), Deutsche Bank AG, J.P. Morgan Chase Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. (f/k/a Chase Securities Inc.) (the "Underwriter-Related Defendants") that, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, the claims against the Underwriter-Related Defendants in the above-referenced actions are hereby dismissed with prejudice with each side to bear their own costs.
