IQ Holdings, Inc. ("IQ") seeks to quash a January 12, 2005 subpoena served by the Citigroup Defendants. In response to its Order of January 25 requesting submissions on the issue, the Court has received letters from counsel for both IQ and the Citigroup Defendants. So that the Court may hear the parties further, it is hereby

ORDERED that a telephone conference shall be held on February 3 at 9:30 a.m. EST. All participating counsel should be on the line when the call is placed to chambers at 212-805-0202.
