MOTION OF JENNIFER A. KERKHOFF FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 1.3(c)

DENISE COTE, District Judge

Pursuant to Local Rule 1.3(c), Jennifer A. Kerkhoff requests that the Court enter an order granting her admission to appear as additional counsel on behalf of Defendant, Stiles A. Kellett, Jr., and states:

1. I, Jennifer A. Kerkhoff, am a member of the law firm of Troutman Sanders LLP, 401 9^th Street, N.W., Suite 1000, Washington, D.C. 20004-2134.

2. I am a member in good standing of the bar of the District of Columbia, and am also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. My certified Certificate of Good Standing from the District of Columbia Bar is attached.

3. I have not been subject to any discipline by any court or administrative body.

4. I have obtained a copy and have familiarized myself with the Local Rules of Practice of this Court.

5. I agree to abide by the rules of this Court, and to submit myself to the discipline of the Court as provided by such Rules and applicable law.

6. I have attached the Affidavit of Stuart F. Pierson in support of this motion.

WHEREFORE, the undersigned requests that the Court enter an order granting her admission to this Court to appear as additional counsel on behalf of Defendant Stiles A. Kellett, Jr.

I, STUART F. PIERSON, being duly sworn, depose and say:

1. I make this affidavit in Support of the Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Jennifer A. Kerkhoff.

2. I was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1989. I am in good standing to practice before the Court.

3. I am in practice at Troutman Sanders LLP, 401 9^th Street, N.W., Suite 1000, Washington, D.C. 20004-2134.

4. I have known and worked with the petitioner since May 2000 on various legal matters. Petitioner's experience at the Bar has been varied. Her performance and ethical standards have always been of highest quality.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that the petition of Jennifer A. Kerkhoff, for admission pro hac vice to practice before this Court, be granted.
