ORDER GRANTING INSTALLATION OF INTERNET ACCESS IN COURTROOM

DENISE COTE, District JudgePage 2

The non-settling Underwriter-Related Defendants have requested and are permitted to temporarily install an internet connection in the Courtroom for use during trial. The non-settling Underwriter-Related Defendants will have a high speed internet connection temporarily installed by Courtroom Connect in Courtroom 24A. Such connection shall be installed before March 22, 2005.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
