ORDER
On October 21, 2005, this Court issued an Order to Show Cause why certain individuals should not be enjoined from pursuing NASD arbitration claims against the Citigroup Defendants. A hearing was scheduled for noon on November 18. In a letter of October 27, 2005, counsel for Daniel V. Smith ("Smith") informed the Court that they could not be present on November 18. It is hereby
ORDERED that Smith's Show Cause Hearing is rescheduled for December 9, 2005, at 4:30 p.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
