ORDER


Having received a request from counsel in actions recently transferred to this Court for consolidation with the In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation for a schedule for briefing the transferred actions' pending motions to remand, it is hereby

ORDERED that plaintiffs in any actions that first appeared on this Court's docket after March 3, 2003, and prior to June 11, 2003, shall show cause by July 3, 2003 why the Opinion issued on March 3, 2003 on NYCERS's remand motion and the Opinion issued on May 5, 2003 on certain Individual Actions' remand motions (the "Remand Opinions") do not require the denial of their motion to remand, or shall be deemed to have withdrawn their motion to remand. Any opposition to such July 3 submissions shall be due July 18, 2003, any reply is due July 25.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any plaintiff who has made a timely motion to remand in an action transferred and assigned to this Court on or after June 11, 2003, shall show cause within three weeks of the action's arrival on this Court's docket why the Remand Opinions do not require the denial of their motion to remand, or shall be deemed to have withdrawn their motion to remand.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that at the time the response to this order to show cause is submitted, the plaintiff shall also provide the Court with two courtesy copies of all papers submitted in connection with the motion to remand prior to the action's transfer to this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that papers in opposition to any such submissions will be due two weeks from the date of service of the plaintiff's submission, and any reply will be due one week from the date of service of the defendants' opposition.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall not apply to any of the actions whose motions to remand were addressed by the Remand Opinions or to any actions that appeared on the Court's docket prior to March 3, 2003. The Order to Show Cause of March 3, 2003 governed actions received on this Court's docket as of March 3, 2003.
