ORDER


Having considered an May 17, 2005 letter application on behalf of the Citigroup Defendants ("Petitioners"), it is hereby

ORDERED that claimants ("Respondents") Theresa J. Hill, Paul G. Rochmis, and the Paul G. Rochmis, M.D. Ltd., Employees Profit Sharing Plan show cause before this Court on June 3, 2005, in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, at 9 a.m. why Respondents should not be enjoined from pursuing a NASD arbitration claim against the Citigroup Defendants to the extent it relates to investments in securities issued by WorldCom.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall submit any papers in opposition to such an injunction by 5 p.m. on May 25, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents may, with the consent of Petitioners, satisfy this Order without the need to attend the show cause hearing by indicating this preference in a cover letter accompanying Respondents' opposition papers.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners shall submit their reply by 5 p.m. on May 31, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Citigroup Defendants shall serve this Order on Respondents or their counsel via facsimile, e-mail, or other means by 5 p.m. on May 20, 2005.

SO ORDERED.
