ORDER


Having considered an October 20, 2005 letter application on behalf of the Citigroup Defendants ("Petitioners"), it is hereby

ORDERED that claimants ("Respondents") Rosalin Rogers, George Roeser, Lana Roeser, and Daniel V. Smith show cause before this Court at noon on November 18, 2005, in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, why Respondents should not be enjoined from pursuing NASD arbitration claims against the Citigroup Defendants to the extent they relate to investments in securities issued by WorldCom.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall submit any papers in opposition to such an injunction by 5 p.m. on November 4, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents may, with the consent of Petitioners, satisfy this Order without the need to attend the show cause hearing by indicating this preference in a cover letter accompanying Respondents' opposition papers.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners shall submit their reply by 5 p.m. on November 14, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Citigroup Defendants shall serve this Order on Respondents or their counsel via facsimile, e-mail, or other means by 5 p.m. on October 24, 2005.
