ORDER
The Citigroup Defendants and Underwriter Defendants having settled on August 9, 2005 with the plaintiffs in Public Employees' Retirement System of Ohio v. Ebbers et al., No. 03 Civ. 338, and the parties to the settlement having requested entry of (1) a Bar Order that would enjoin non-settling defendants from bringing certain claims against the settling defendants, including claims for contribution; and (2) a Confidentiality Order that would disclose the amounts of the settlement only to non-settling defendants in this action; it is hereby
ORDERED that any objections to these requests must be made in writing, served and filed by Tuesday, August 16, 2005.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event there are objections, any reply in support of this application is due Friday, August 19, 2005, at noon.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a conference will be held on August 23, 2005, at 3 p.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York to address this application.
