ORDER


On June 14, 2005, this Court ordered George Greenfield ("Greenfield"), under power of attorney for Glenn Altman et al.; Succession of Hillard M. Haik, Charlene M. Haik, Steven A. Haik, and Holly M. Haik; and Kenneth Willard Shannon (collectively, "Respondents") to show cause on July 15, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. why they should not be enjoined from pursuing a NASD arbitration claim against the Citigroup Defendants to the extent such a claim relates to investments in securities issued by WorldCom. Because Greenfield has withdrawn his claims, and because the remaining respondents have communicated to the Court that they intend to rest on their paper submissions, it is hereby

ORDERED that the show cause hearing scheduled for July 15, 2005 is cancelled.
