ORDER

DENISE COTE, District Judge

Having considered a March 30, 2005 letter application on behalf of the Citigroup Defendants ("Petitioners"), it is hereby

ORDERED that claimants ("Respondents") Benson Fischer and Mona Fischer show cause before this Court on April 15, 2005, in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, at 2 p.m., why Respondents should not be enjoined from pursuing NASD arbitration claims against the Citigroup Defendants to the extent they relate to investments in securities issued by WorldCom.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall submit any papers in opposition to such an injunction by 5 p.m., on April 12, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents may, with the consent of Petitioners, satisfy this Order without the need to attend the show cause hearing by indicating this preference in a cover letter accompanying Respondents' opposition papers.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners shall submit their reply by 5 p.m., on April 14, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Citigroup Defendants shall serve this Order on Respondents' counsel by facsimile or overnight delivery by April 7, 2005.
