ORDER


Having been informed by liaison counsel for the Individual Actions and counsel for the Underwriter Defendants that the dispute over the scope of electronic discovery to be made by each plaintiff in an Individual Action in the Securities Litigation has not been resolved through the meet and confer process, it is hereby

ORDERED that a hearing will be held on May 19 to address this dispute beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, in Courtroom 11B.

SO ORDERED.
