ORDER
Four individual defendants, Bernard J. Ebbers, Scott D. Sullivan, David F. Myers, and Buford Yates, Jr. (collectively, the "Individual Defendants"), remain in the consolidated class action, which has been stayed as to those defendants pending the resolution of their criminal proceedings. In addition, no schedule has yet been established for notice to the class and a fairness hearing regarding the class action settlements involving the Underwriter Defendants, the Director Defendants, and Arthur Andersen LLP. To discuss the status of settlement discussions and any outstanding issues involving the Individual Defendants, as well as a class notice and fairness hearing schedule for the recent settlements, it is hereby
ORDERED that a conference shall be held on June 8, 2005, at 2 p.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
