ORDER
Having been informed by counsel for the ERISA Plaintiffs that settlements have been reached with defendants Merrill Lynch and Scott Sullivan, it is hereby
ORDERED that a conference regarding preliminary approval of the settlements will be held on August 25, 2005, at 10 a.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the ERISA Plaintiffs' motion for approval of the satisfaction of the Bernard Ebbers promissory note and the plan of allocation will also be considered at the August 25, 2005 conference.
SO ORDERED.
