Ten of the Director Defendants ("Ten Director Defendants") learned last week that the Lead Plaintiff in the WorldCom consolidated class action was withdrawing from the settlement to which they had agreed. It is hereby

ORDERED that the Ten Director Defendants shall have until February 25, 2005 to serve and file their components of the Pretrial Order, including exhibit and witness lists.
