ORDER
In a letter of March 9, 2005, the Lead Plaintiff informed the Court that settlement agreements had been reached between the Lead Plaintiff and defendants ABN AMRO Incorporated, Mitsubishi Securities International plc (f/k/a Tokyo-Mitsubishi International plc), BNP Paribas Securities Corp., and Mizuho International plc. It is hereby
ORDERED that a conference will be held on March 16, 2005 at 3 p.m. in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, to address the Court's preliminary approval of the settlement agreements with the above-mentioned defendants.
