A February 3, 2005 letter from counsel for the Underwriter Defendants requests an order for the parties to meet and confer. In a February 4 response, counsel for the Lead Plaintiff requests that defendants be required to limit their evidentiary objections before a meet and confer is held. To discuss issues relating to the timing of the meet and confer, as well as related disputes regarding trial stipulations and authenticity objections, it is hereby
