ORDER
Having considered a February 2, 2005 letter application on behalf of Philip L. Spartis and Amy J. Elias ("Petitioners"), former Citigroup employees,
Elizabeth Rich and Donald Rich ("Respondents") or their counsel are hereby
ORDERED to show cause before this Court on February 25, 2005, in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, at 11:30 a.m. why they should not be enjoined from enforcing their NASD arbitration award against Mr. Spartis and Ms. Elias.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall submit any papers in opposition to such an injunction by February 18, 2005.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioners shall submit their reply by February 23, 2005.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that when filing any papers with the Court, the parties shall provide to chambers two courtesy copies, marked as such, by delivering them to the Courthouse Mailroom, 8th Floor, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Petitioners shall serve this Order on Respondents or their counsel by February 11, 2005 by overnight mail or facsimile.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Petitioners shall serve their February 2, 2005 petition and this Order by February 11 on counsel for Citigroup, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP, attention: Eric S. Goldstein.
