ORDER

On February 8, 2005, plaintiffs in the above-captioned Individual Action filed a Response to this Court's June 11, 2003 Order to Show Cause why its March 2, 2003 Opinion on NYCERS's remand motion and its May 5, 2003 Opinion on certain Individual Actions' remand motions do not require denial of plaintiffs' motion to remand. The Court has also considered a February 17, 2005 letter from Jay B. Kasner of Skadden, Arps, urging that the Court deny remand but requesting an opportunity to respond if the Court considers plaintiffs' Response. It is hereby
