ORDER

This Court received a letter of July 8, 2005 from counsel for the Citigroup Defendants containing an application, made pursuant to an order of the Honorable John J. Hoy of the Florida Circuit Court, for leave to produce to plaintiffs in the Holtsberg Actions unredacted transcripts and exhibits from certain depositions taken in the Securities Litigation. The Citigroup Defendants noted their objection to the Holtsberg Plaintiffs' request in the same letter. On July 11, 2005, this Court ordered that any further objection to this request be served by July 15, 2005. Counsel for the Underwriter Defendants submitted a July 15, 2005 letter consenting to this request on the condition that the Holtsberg Plaintiffs agree to be bound by the October 28, 2003 Confidentiality Order in the Securities Litigation. It is hereby

ORDERED that the Citigroup Defendants may produce the requested materials on the condition that counsel for the Holtsberg Plaintiffs first execute a certification agreeing to be bound by the terms of the October 28, 2003 Confidentiality Order (in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached to that Order) and serve that certification on all signatories to the Order.

SO ORDERED.
