ORDER
In a conference on April 15, 2005, the schedule for new motions to dismiss in certain Individual Actions was stayed until May 13, 2005 to encourage settlement discussions. Having now received a proposed schedule from liaison counsel for the defendants for a Fourth Tranche of motions to dismiss, and having been informed that plaintiffs do not object, it is hereby
ORDERED that the schedule shall be as follows:
1) Motions to dismiss in Nos. 04 Civ. 9942, 05 Civ. 54, 05 Civ. 55, and 04 Civ. 9388 are due on June 17, 2005. Opposition is due on July 15, 2005. Replies are due on August 5, 2005.
2) Motions to dismiss in Nos. 04 Civ. 8309, 04 Civ. 7980, 04 Civ. 9711, 04 Civ. 8474, 04 Civ. 8308, 04 Civ. 6813, 04 Civ. 6995, 04 Civ. 8473, 04 Civ. 7483, 04 Civ. 6996, and 04 Civ. 7482 are due on August 19, 2005. Opposition is due on September 9, 2005. Replies are due on September 30, 2005.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that two courtesy copies of all motion papers, marked as much, should be submitted for chambers by the movant at the time the reply is served.
