ORDER


Having considered a July 12, 2005 letter application on behalf of the Citigroup Defendants ("Petitioners"), it is hereby

ORDERED that claimants ("Respondents") Roslyn Berger, John P. Karoussos, Pearl Chu, Jim Chu, Tom Dawkins, and Marilyn Gale show cause before this Court at 11 a.m. on July 29, 2005, in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York why Respondents should not be enjoined from pursuing a NASD arbitration claim against the Citigroup Defendants to the extent the claim relates to investments in securities issued by WorldCom.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents shall submit any papers in opposition to such an injunction by July 20, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondents may, with the consent of Petitioners, satisfy this Order without the need to attend the show cause hearing by indicating this preference in a cover letter accompanying Respondents' opposition papers.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioners shall submit their reply by 5 p.m. on July 26, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the Citigroup Defendants shall serve this Order on Respondents or their counsel via facsimile, e-mail, or other means by 5 p.m. on July 14, 2005.

SO ORDERED.
