Having received no objections by noon on June 2, 2005 to the request set forth in the May 27, 2005 letter of Eric S. Goldstein (the "May 27 Letter") for leave to provide for in camera inspection by Judge John J. Hoy of the Florida Circuit Court unredacted and complete copies of the transcripts and exhibits to the depositions of all Citigroup-related witnesses taken in the consolidated WorldCom proceedings, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Citigroup Defendants are granted leave to provide Judge Hoy with the materials specified in the May 27 Letter.
