ORDER


In a letter of January 24, 2005, IQ Holdings, Inc. ("IQ") takes the position that it substantially completed its document production by May 7, 2004, and that fact discovery in its action closed on January 14, 2005. IQ seeks to quash a January 12, 2005 subpoena served by the Citigroup Defendants. It is hereby

ORDERED that any party wishing to be heard on this issue shall submit a response no longer than two pages, excluding supporting exhibits, by January 28, 2005.

SO ORDERED.
