On July 21, 2005, counsel for the Lead Plaintiff informed the Court that class action settlements had been reached between the Lead Plaintiff and officer defendants David F. Myers ("Myers") and Buford Yates, Jr. ("Yates"). On July 25, 2005, a class action settlement was reached between the Lead Plaintiff and Scott Sullivan ("Sullivan"). Having been informed by counsel for the Lead Plaintiff that stipulations of settlement will be served on all counsel on July 26, 2005, and that such stipulations will be posted on Lead Plaintiff's web site, www.worldcomlitigation.com, on that date, it is hereby

ORDERED that a hearing regarding preliminary approval of the settlements with Myers, Yates, and Sullivan will be held on July 28, 2005, at 11 a.m., in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
