In a letter dated February 25, 2005, Arthur Andersen LLP moved to preclude admission of any expert opinions that rely on the Report of the Special Investigative Committee of the Board of Directors of WorldCom, Inc., the Reports of the Bankruptcy Court Examiner, or interview memoranda prepared by the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering.
