ORDER


On March 3, 2005, the Court was informed that a settlement agreement had been reached between the Lead Plaintiff and defendants Banc of America Securities LLC and Fleet Securities (the "BOA Settlement"). On March 4, the Court was informed that settlement agreements with terms identical or substantially similar to those of the BOA Settlement had been reached between the Lead Plaintiff and defendants Lehman Brothers Inc.; Credit Suisse First Boston LLC; Goldman, Sachs, Co.; and UBS Warburg LLC. On March 10, 2005, a conference was held to address preliminary approval of all of these settlements. The Court elected to delay granting preliminary approval until it could consider briefing on objections raised by nonsettling defendants. It is hereby

ORDERED that all submissions objecting to terms of the settlement agreements referenced above must be submitted by Saturday, March 12, 2005 at 9 a.m. Opposition is due March 14 at 12 noon.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that objections shall be addressed further at the conference currently scheduled for March 16, 2005, at 3 p.m. in Courtroom 11B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York.
