Before the Court is relator's November 10, 2023 Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Prohibition, & Writ of Injunction.
Based on our review, Volume 1 of the appendix to relator's petition contains unredacted sensitive data, including full bank account and credit card numbers, in violation of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9. Accordingly, we STRIKE Volume 1 of relator's Appendix to Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Injunction, & Prohibition and GRANT relator leave to refile Volume 1 of her appendix in accordance with rule 9.9 on or before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023. We CAUTION relator that failure to refile the appendix as permitted by this order will result in the dismissal of this cause without further notice.
