ORDER
Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
On the Court's own motion, this matter is REMANDED to the trial court for the appointment of an attorney to represent respondent-appellee Kevin Lee Davis, Jr. for this appeal. MCR 7.208(H). Davis previously had appointed counsel for the proceedings in the trial court, but counsel was discharged pursuant to the trial court's October 6, 2022 order.
The trial court shall appoint counsel for respondent-appellee Kevin Lee Davis, Jr. within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order naming appointed counsel to the Clerk of this Court within 7 days of appointment.
