MEMORANDUM OPINION


Billy Wayne Williams filed a petition for writ of mandamus with this Court on January 13, 2006, which was assigned cause number 05-06-00057-CV. Thereafter, on February 7, 2006, this Court denied Williams's petition for writ of mandamus. On March 20, 2006, this Court received a copy of an original application for writ of mandamus, styled In re Billy Wayne Williams v. The Fifth Judicial Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas; 363rd Judicial District Judge, Faith Johnson, Trial Court Clerk and Court Reporter, 363rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, with an appendix and two related motions. These documents are designated for filing with the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Based on these documents, a new original proceeding with cause number 05-06-00405-CV, styled In re Billy Wayne Williams was opened in error. Accordingly, we DISMISS this petition for writ of mandamus.
