Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2019-CR-6240, styled The State of Texas v. John Bernard Williams, III,, pending in the 186th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Jefferson Moore presiding.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 6, 2022, relator filed a petition for writ of prohibition. After considering the petition, this court concluded relator was not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, we denied the petition for writ of prohibition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). Additionally, we denied relator's pending motions as moot.

On June 23, 2023, relator filed a motion for rehearing requesting this court reconsider the denial of his petition for writ of prohibition. Relator's motion for rehearing is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.9.

It is so ORDERED.
