MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this petition for writ of mandamus, relator alleges that the judge improperly added a deadly weapon finding after granting his motion for judgment nunc pro tunc. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude that we do not have jurisdiction over the petition. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. Art. 11.07 (Vernon 2008); In re McFee, 53 S.W.3d 715, 717 (Tex.App. 2001, no pet.). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
