158 S.W.3d 190 (Ark. 2004) In re Sam WHITFIELD, Jr., Arkansas Bar No. 82056. No. 03-768. Supreme Court of Arkansas. April 8, 2004.

        PER CURIAM.

        On April 8, 2004, the Court granted the application for default judgment of the petitioner Office of Professional Conduct in this case, because Mr. Whitfield offered no evidence or explanation to the Court's Special Master regarding his failure to file any response to the petition for disbarment. The Court also granted the petition for disbarment. The name of Sam Whitfield, Jr. of Helena, Arkansas, shall be removed from the registry of attorneys licensed by the State of Arkansas, and he is barred and enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in this state unless done pursuant to a law license granted by another state or jurisdiction with the authority to authorize the practice of law and done in accordance with the rules of this state.

        It is so ordered.
