AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN MANDAMUS ORDER
Pending before the Court is Relator's emergency motion for a stay of proceedings in cause number 2016DCV2317, styled Omar Sanchez v. WHC, LLC d/b/a Woodson, Hughes, and Crain, Inc., a/k/a WHC Energy Services. Relator's motion is GRANTED. The 448th District Court of El Paso County, Texas is directed to stay all proceedings in the case, including the May 2, 2018 order requiring Relator to produce the in-camera documents to the Real Party in Interest, Omar Sanchez. The stay order will remain in effect pending our review of the mandamus petition or further order of the Court. Further, the Court has this day determined that no action will be taken on the Petition for Writ of Mandamus pending a response from the Real Party in Interest. The response is requested to be filed on or before July 5, 2018.
