No. 05-09-00944-CV

Opinion issued August 20, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 265th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas.

Before Justices BRIDGES, RICHTER, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks a writ of mandamus against the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division and against the Board of Pardons and Paroles. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have mandamus jurisdiction over these entities. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
